Speeding Motorcyclist Dies from Injuries in Major Accident
Fatal Crash on Busy Roadway
On Friday night, emergency crews responded to a fatal motorcycle collision on a major roadway in Mansfield, Texas. According to DFW Scanner, the incident occurred on South Main Street, south of Heritage Parkway.
Initial reports from Mansfield FireEMS and the Mansfield Police Department indicated a motorcycle was involved in the crash. Further investigation revealed that the motorcyclist was traveling at excessive speeds of over 120 mph prior to the accident.
The impact of the collision left the motorcyclist with serious injuries. The victim was transported to JPS Hospital but succumbs to their injuries early the following morning.
